The bonus commission structure works as follow: On top of your potential income of 15% commission (standard rental) / 10% commission (development rental) to list a property, and 20% commission (standard rental) / 25% commission (development rental) for placing a tenant, you can gain a potential bonus income of 14% by climbing the bonus ladder:

The rental income bonus ladder is:

  • Geared to reward performance and excellence
  • Based on rental placements and renewals
  • Only applicable to rental income (Standard and development rentals)
  • Bonus payments will be processed and paid quarterly
